2. Eligibility
Our services are available to students aged 6 and above, or to their legal guardians who are arranging services on behalf of minors. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security
To use our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Service Fees and Payment

• Fees: The fees for our tutoring sessions are as listed on our website. All prices are in SGD unless stated otherwise.

• Payment: Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe) and are due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

• Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If Tutor Raz cancels a session, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative session can be arranged.

We are committed to providing a respectful, productive learning environment for all. By using our services, you agree to:

• Attend sessions on time and fully participate

• Communicate respectfully with tutors and other participants

• Refrain from any disruptive or inappropriate behavior during sessions
