Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required upon booking to confirm your slot. All paid fees are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson for one-to-one sessions. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accommodated. Due to limited time slots, rescheduling is not available for online group classes. Punctuality is important for all classes. Late arrivals may result in missed content and will not extend the session time. Group classes require a minimum number of students to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the class may be rescheduled or canceled. Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive actions may result in removal without a refund. Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a working device, and necessary materials for online sessions. All class materials, including worksheets and recordings, are the intellectual property of Tutor Raz. These materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.
